We do this by exponentially increasing your referral partners' knowledge of who to refer! We share the secrets that others have implemented to expand referral sources' knowledge by following diagnosis selling strategies. We will also provide you with a template so attendees can develop their own road map to referrals! Providing organizations the ability to go home and teach their community how to refer more! Our process has been tested by physicians and recommended by physicians as the best way to expand knowledge on who should be referred for post-acute care services.
